Insight One Tech (“we”, “us”) is based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.insightonetech.com and by email, and how we use and protect it.

What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to write in your message.
• Website usage: basic, aggregated visit information (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) collected by our website platform, Squarespace, using cookies.
• Production data you send us: if you share production files for a Manufacturing Data Assessment or pilot, they are treated as your confidential business information, used only to answer your request, and covered by the agreement we make with you.

How we use it

• To reply to you and arrange a Manufacturing Data Assessment or pilot.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who it is shared with

Only the service providers that run our website and email: Squarespace (website and forms) and Google Workspace (email). These providers may store information outside Canada.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, as provided under British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Write to info@insightonetech.com and we will respond within 30 days.
