The Insight One Production Data Template.
The simplest way to start: put your production records in these columns and you are ready for a capacity, utilization and bottleneck analysis. Prefer to keep your own format? You can upload that too.
Field guide
Fifteen fields. Four required.
One row per work center per day is enough. One row per shift or per job also works. Use hours for time, kilograms for weight and YYYY-MM-DD for dates.

*Available_Time can be left blank if you give us your shift calendar instead (scheduled hours per work center, shift and weekday). The Excel version adds a field guide, a shift-calendar sheet and input checks.
