Platform

One engine for every factory’s data.

Every plant names its machines, jobs and hours differently. Insight One maps your existing production data into one standard, checks it, and turns it into capacity, bottleneck and forecast insight you can act on. The platform is in development, and a founding pilot is open now.

How the platform works

From your file to a decision, in six steps.

You do not need to redesign your data. Bring what you already export.

  1. STEP 1

    Upload

A CSV or Excel export from your ERP, MES, timesheets or spreadsheets.

  2. STEP 2

    Map

Your columns are matched to the Insight One standard. You confirm once, and the mapping is reused next time.

  3. STEP 3

    Validate

Units are normalized, gaps and errors are flagged, and you get a Data Quality Score.

  4. STEP 4

    Analyze

Available, used and remaining capacity, utilization, downtime and throughput by work center, department and shift.

  5. STEP 5

    Forecast and simulate

See where workload is heading, then test scenarios such as an extra operator, a machine outage or less downtime.

  6. STEP 6

    Recommend

Practical next actions, each tied to the numbers behind it.

Two ways to start

Use your own format, or ours.

SIMPLE

Fill in the template

Download the Insight One Production Data Template, arrange your data in its columns and upload it. Every field is described, with the expected format, unit and an example.

SMART

Upload your existing file

Machine or station, work order or job number, minutes or hours: Insight One recognizes your columns and units, shows you how it mapped them, and you confirm before anything is analyzed.

What you see

Answers to the questions you ask every week.

01

Capacity and utilization

Hours available against hours used, by work center, department, machine and shift, by day, week or month.

02

The bottleneck

Which work center limits output now, and the evidence behind it: load, trend and downtime.

03

Forecast

Where workload is heading over the next weeks, shown as a range rather than a single guess.

04

What-if scenarios

“What happens if Welding gets one more operator?” See the effect on utilization and where the constraint moves.

Our commitments

Your data stays yours.

Manufacturing data is commercially sensitive. These commitments apply to every pilot.

01

You control your data

Export your data and results at any time. Ask, and we delete it.

02

Kept separate

Each company’s data is kept apart from every other company’s.

03

Never sold or shared

Your data is not sold, and it is not shown to other customers.

04

Synthetic demos only

Every public demo on this site runs on synthetic data, never on a customer’s.

Founding pilot

Help shape the platform with your own data.

We are working with a small number of manufacturers that use different systems. You get a working analysis of your capacity and constraints; we learn what makes onboarding fast. Every pilot starts with a Manufacturing Data Assessment.
